Altoona police said a man is in custody after confessing to raping two teenage girls at a Motel 6.
Police said Jeffrey Guo, 22, was arrested Wednesday afternoon after one of the victim's parents called 911 after seeing a Snapchat conversation between Guo and their daughter.
According to a criminal complaint, Guo had been in contact with the 13-year-old victim and her friend, also 13, for several months through Snapchat. The complaint said Guo told the girls he was an 18-year-old Penn State Altoona student.
Police said Guo asked the victims if they wanted to hang out with him and smoke marijuana. Police said he also sent nude pictures of himself through Snapchat to the girls.
